An internationally renowned author, O.V. de L. Milosz, served as the Lithuanian ambassador to France between the World Wars. He composed mystic poetry mostly in French, sometimes in Lithuanian. Milosz's poetry had always fascinated Paul Lantuch and easily inspired him to create this cover for a collection of the author's works.
